Children tend to have an innate love for the natural world. Ask any child what their favorite animal is and why, they will have an answer in a split second. Here at An Eco Minded Childhood we believe in nurturing that natural connection. Because people who care about the world are people who take steps to save it. And our children will be inheriting the world from us, it is our duty to ensure that they are ready for that task.

All products in our store are designed with the planet in mind, everything is made with sustainable materials and no needless waste from us! A portion of every purchase goes to one of our favorite Non-Profits around the world working to preserve the planet and the creatures in it. And another portion of the proceeds go toward our current Kids Conservation Project!
Nature has been proven many times over to have a positive impact on children (and adults!) both physically and emotionally. But we believe that kids can also have a positive impact on nature. Kids and Mother Nature can, and should, have a mutually beneficial relationship. And we are dedicated to making that possible.
Learning about the natural world through books, discussions, and television is great! We highly recommend it! However we feel that there is one thing mission. Direct connection. And that connection is extremely important in building a healthy relationship with nature. And what better way to do that then getting to be a hero and save it? Our conservation projects are designed to do just that!
We are a Purpose Driven Business. That means we exist because we have a mission, not because we want to get rich. Essentially, we operate like a non-profit, we just haven’t jumped through the hoops required to officially become one… yet! All our proceeds go toward our conservation projects.
